Fed May Accelerate QE
Minutes of the Federal Reserve’s latest meeting show that some at the Fed believe it may need to accelerate its Quantitative Easing (QE) operations. Bloomberg reports that members of the Open Market Committee argued the US central bank needs to boost its purchases of assets to prevent a further deterioration in the economy.
