BNP Paribas, the Eurozone’s largest commercial bank, has bought out Axa Investment Management and taken full control of ETF provider EasyETF.

The joint venture had been an umberalla name under which BNP and Axa both listed ETFs. Axa has now exited the business altogether, and its funds will be taken over by BNP.

EasyETF has a large presence in Europe, and has been looking to expand in Asia.
