China Growth Forecast Raised

The World Bank has today raised China’s 2009 GDP estimate from the 6.5% it predicted in March to a healthier 7.2%. The Washington based Bretton Woods institution also said that China’s stimulus program was adequate to protect its economy from the global downturn.
